What do you get

I am available for normal maintenance work during business hours (my current timezone is GMT+8) and 24/7 for emergencies. I will install, monitor, update and maintain your servers. If there is any problem outside my reach I will contact your datacenter personally and make sure that it gets fixed.

You will get access to a continuously-updated web page with my current whereabouts and ways to contact me, such as:

  • 24/7 mobile and fixed line telephone numbers
  • Instant messenger and voice accounts (I use Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, GTalk/Jabber and Skype)
  • My e-mail address

You deal with me personally at all times. I will take the time to listen to you, get to know you and understand your needs. My response time is usually less than one hour during business hours (it's actually more close to 5-10 minutes in most cases). My average response time in case of an emergency is close to 0 minutes. If you call me and you have an urgent problem, I will try to help you on the spot.

I have a monitoring system in place so if any server goes down I probably know it before you do, so in most cases you don't even need to call me, I get notified in less than 5 minutes if something goes wrong.

You will have access to a support page where you can submit tickets with things that need to be done.
